St. Stanislaus has been blessed with a beautiful and contemplative area on the property called Via Crucis, which is the Latin term for “the way of the cross”. This area has been set up with the 14 stations of the cross complete with meditations and prayers along the way. Visitors to the Via Crucis can walk the pathway and visit each station which follows the events of Christ’s last day on earth to his death on Calvary. To access the Via Crucis area follow the gravel pathway to the left of the main parking lot and the area will be in the wooded area on the left. The Via Crucis was donated to our parish earlier this year and will be dedicated on Thursday, January 17, 2019 at 12 noon.
